What is FasciaSoma?
FasciaSoma is a body work that aims to contribute to the awakening of the body through somatic experience. It moves towards self-healing, with the help of the body worker, and a deeper connection to the body.
After years of experimentation and observation of the body in a warm water pool in Paris, FasciaSomatic was developed, a method that facilitates self-healing and somatisation of the body, mind and emotions in the aquatic environment through different body techniques.
It puts into practice different scientific advances and knowledge systems (contemporary and millenary) that are originated in different societies where different sophisticated techniques of health prevention are integrated and where connection, presence and communication are the basic pillars of healing and physical, mental and emotional rebalancing.
innovation and creativity in wellbeing
Why is it innovative?
FasciaSoma's novelty is that it is an aquatic therapy based on the principles of osteopathy and other body techniques that evolves in the aquatic environment. It acts on the body systems, such as the osteoarticular, fascia, myofascial, as well as the nervous and visceral systems.
Somehow, at some point in our history, we were aquatic beings, amphibians and fish. The information of who we were and who we are is in the aquatic. Even before we were born we experienced that primitive aquatic life in our mothers' wombs.
What are the benefits?
Activates cellular memory to restore healthy fascia system patterns and neurophysiological rebalancing.
Stimulates the immune system
Improves soft tissue elasticity
Decontracts affected areas and relaxes the muscles
